A practice built on experience, reflection and care
After more than 20 years working in senior legal, governance and leadership roles, I became increasingly interested in the deeper questions that sit beneath performance, success and decision-making. The human being behind the work, the actual person having to handle everything life brings.

From boardroom to coaching room
Throughout my career, I have worked closely with organisations, executive teams and individuals navigating complexity, pressure, change and growth. Again and again I saw that many of the challenges people face are not simply strategic or professional — they are human.
Having navigated my own personal and professional challenges, including grief, family disagreements, workplace politics, work-life balance and guilt, I found myself wanting to support others who may be facing their own life challenges. Those experiences inspired me to create a space where people feel heard, supported and empowered to move forward.
In this ever-changing world, questions of confidence, identity, clarity, purpose, relationships, responsibility and direction often sit quietly underneath careers, leadership and life transitions.
Transformative coaching felt like a natural extension of the work I had already been doing for many years — creating space for reflection, supporting people through change, and helping individuals think more clearly about where they are and where they want to go.
A practice rooted in real life
Alongside my coaching work, I continue to undertake legal and strategic advisory work, drawing on a background that includes senior in-house legal leadership, governance and international commercial experience.
My professional experience is complemented by real-life experiences beyond titles and careers — growing my family and providing foster care to children in need, navigating grief and change, and the various competing demands many of us quietly carry while trying to perform at a high level.
As a working mother of two boys, I understand the realities of balancing responsibility, ambition, relationships and identity — and the importance of creating space to reconnect with what matters most.
Meaningful change comes from clarity
My coaching style is thoughtful, supportive and reflective, while also offering appropriate challenge where challenge is needed and where my client is willing. I believe meaningful change rarely comes from quick fixes — it comes from deeper awareness, honesty, clarity and aligned action.
