About our services
Beyond Counsel provides transformative coaching and corporate/commercial legal advisory services. Coaching is not therapy, counselling or medical treatment. Legal advisory services are provided in accordance with the engagement letter or written agreement agreed between us
Bookings and cancellations
Sessions can be booked through the scheduling links on this website. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide as much notice as possible. Specific cancellation and refund terms will be set out in your booking confirmation or engagement letter
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, design, images and branding, is owned by Beyond Counsel unless otherwise indicated. You may view and print pages for personal reference only. You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit any content without our prior written permission
Confidentiality
We treat information shared during coaching and advisory engagements as confidential, subject to legal or professional obligations that may require disclosure. Likewise, clients agree not to share proprietary materials, frameworks or documents provided by Beyond Counsel without permission
